This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) and 6cxsync regarding the use of our software, platform, and cloud telephony services.
By accessing or using our services, software, APIs, or platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
6cxsync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our cloud telephony platform, DID number services, and related software for lawful business or personal communication purposes.
This license does not grant ownership of the software or platform.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software or platform
Resell or redistribute services without authorization
Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or network
Use the services to send spam, scam, or abusive communications
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
All software, technology, content, trademarks, and services provided by 6cxsync remain the exclusive property of the company and its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the user.
6cxsync may update, modify, or improve the platform and services from time to time without prior notice.
Such updates may include new features, security patches, or performance improvements.
This license will remain in effect until terminated.
6cxsync reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if:
The user violates this Agreement
Illegal or abusive activities are detected
Payment obligations are not fulfilled
Upon termination, the user must immediately stop using the platform and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6cxsync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or services.
The services and software are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied.
6cxsync does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the company operates.
6cxsync may update this End User License Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
