Due to the nature of telecom and digital services, the following items are generally non-refundable:
DID number purchases or activations
Monthly DID rental fees
Setup or activation charges
Call usage charges
SMS or messaging usage charges
Any third-party telecom fees
Once a DID number is activated or service is provisioned, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment processed but service was not provisioned
Technical issue on our platform preventing service activation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
